What is the Chibi Gijinka Pokedex Project? It's a collection of drawings, done by yours truly. So it should be noted that one of my all-time Favorite Legendary Pokemon is Jirachi. So much that getting a Jirachi was the only reason I purchased Pokemon Colosseum. The Jirachi disc has sat for years in my collection gathering dust and for the most part being ignored.  I recently decided that with Jirachi being such a semi hard to obtain Pokemon, only being available through the disc or special events through Nintendo, that I would share the little wish maker with the rest of the Pokemon Community.
